Bernie Mantha of Mantha Consulting was the architect and creator of the NYS PTA Internal Data Library(IDL). The IDL is used by approximately 400 volunteers (most volunteers change every year) across New York for up to the minute data and document information on all PTAs within the state. Bernie was also instrumental in creating on line bylaws and Wizards for direct data input from 1600 PTAs.
